At Rise UP Fitness, we believe that caring for our bodies is a form of worship and stewardship. This group is designed to challenge you physically and strengthen you spiritually. Together, we’ll sweat, push, and encourage one another through workouts paired with scripture that reminds us of God’s call to stay strong in body, mind, and spirit.


It will be okay to walk, it will be okay to crawl, and it will even be okay to puke—but it won’t be okay to quit. Every session will combine fitness with biblical principles that equip us to endure, honor God with our health, and rise up to live disciplined lives for His Kingdom.
